Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can biscuits cut into quarters
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, salsa, and quartered biscuits. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or jalapeños.
