Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add Rotel tomatoes and taco seasoning to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer tortilla chips, beef mixture, and shredded cheese.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Serve with sour cream, salsa, and chopped green onions if desired.
