Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add Rotel tomatoes and taco seasoning to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer tortilla chips, beef mixture, and shredded cheese.
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Serve with sour cream, salsa, and chopped green onions if desired.
