Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses.
Add beaten eggs, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some spinach or cooked sausage for extra flavor.
