Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses.
  • Add beaten eggs, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some spinach or cooked sausage for extra flavor.
