Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 packs Ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, but discard the seasoning packets. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ramen noodles, marinara sauce, half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped bell peppers, chopped onions, dried oregano, and dried basil. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover ingredients and can be customized with your favorite pizza toppings.
