Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, but discard the seasoning packets. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ramen noodles, marinara sauce, half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped bell peppers, chopped onions, dried oregano, and dried basil. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
