pizza sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

dried oregano

dried basil

garlic powder
to taste

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil.
Layer half of the seasoned potatoes in a greased baking dish.
Spread half of the pizza sauce over the potatoes, then sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, pizza sauce, and cheese.
Top with sliced pepperoni.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other pizza toppings like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms.
