Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil.
  • Layer half of the seasoned potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  • Spread half of the pizza sauce over the potatoes, then sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, pizza sauce, and cheese.
  • Top with sliced pepperoni.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other pizza toppings like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms.
