Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen onion rings about 16 oz
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Place half of the frozen onion rings in a baking dish.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the onion rings in the baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining onion rings.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the onion rings are crispy and the casserole is bubbly.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add cooked bacon bits or sautéed mushrooms to the casserole.
