Ingredients:

  • 4 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange the toasted muffin halves in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the diced ham and shredded cheese over the muffins.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the muffins, ham, and cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor.
