Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cooked rice, salsa, shredded cheese, cumin, and chili powder.
  • Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour the mixture into the dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor and nutrition.
