Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Ketchup for topping

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape into a loaf.
  • Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the meat mixture for extra flavor.
