Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape into a loaf.
Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the meat mixture for extra flavor.
