Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni.
  • Spread half of the macaroni mixture in a baking dish. Top with half of the pizza sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings like pepperoni or mushrooms before baking.
