Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Layer the steamed broccoli florets on top of the beef mixture.
Pour the heavy cream over the broccoli and beef.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
