Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets steamed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Layer the steamed broccoli florets on top of the beef mixture.
  • Pour the heavy cream over the broccoli and beef.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
