Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips crushed
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Lettuce

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer crushed tortilla chips, seasoned beef, black beans, salsa, and shredded cheese.
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce before serving.
