Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions. Simmer for a few minutes.
In a baking dish, layer crushed tortilla chips, seasoned beef, black beans, salsa, and shredded cheese.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce before serving.
