Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for a few minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spread sour cream over the top.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the sour cream layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
