Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the diced onion, bell pepper, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for a few minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
