Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Sliced Squash
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, onion, sliced squash, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
