Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ham, mushrooms, and cheese.
In a saucepan, heat milk and whisk in flour until thickened. Add salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the ham mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
