Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ham, mushrooms, and cheese.
  • In a saucepan, heat milk and whisk in flour until thickened. Add salt and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the ham mixture and stir to combine.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
