Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey and spinach, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
