Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cans French onion soup
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1/2 cup butter, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine the uncooked rice, French onion soup, and beef broth.
  • Place the sliced butter evenly over the top of the mixture.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can caramelize the onions before adding them to the dish.
