uncooked rice

French onion soup

beef broth

butter, sliced

shredded mozzarella cheese

shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine the uncooked rice, French onion soup, and beef broth.
Place the sliced butter evenly over the top of the mixture.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can caramelize the onions before adding them to the dish.
