Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked rice.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool before serving or freezing.

Notes:

This casserole can be frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 minutes or until heated through.
