Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Form mixture into meatballs and place in a baking dish.
  • Pour enchilada sauce over meatballs.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

Notes:

Serve with a side of rice or a fresh salad.
