enchilada sauce

Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Form mixture into meatballs and place in a baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce over meatballs.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes:
Serve with a side of rice or a fresh salad.
