Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. Place the cubed French bread in the baking dish.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, making sure all pieces are soaked.
6. In another bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
7. Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the soaked bread.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
