Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Diced Chicken
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 cup Dairy-Free Cheese
  • 1 cup Dairy-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, diced chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, dairy-free cheese, dairy-free cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
