Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some cooked chicken or pasta to make it a more hearty meal.
