Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Cooked Sausage crumbled
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese and cooked sausage over the biscuits.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits, cheese, and sausage.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add veggies like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
