Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Broccoli, chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Pour heavy cream over the beef mixture.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped broccoli.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other low-carb veggies like cauliflower or spinach.
