Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Pour heavy cream over the beef mixture.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped broccoli.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other low-carb veggies like cauliflower or spinach.
