Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet, cook until softened.
Stir in black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream, avocado, or cilantro.
