Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen waffle fries about 20 oz
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas and carrots, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Top with an even layer of frozen waffle fries.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the waffle fries are crispy and golden brown.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is a hit with kids and adults alike. Feel free to add other veggies or spices to suit your taste.
