Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas and carrots, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Top with an even layer of frozen waffle fries.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the waffle fries are crispy and golden brown.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
