  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add the shredded cheese, bell peppers, spinach, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
