Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all vegetables, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese and bread crumbs on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
