Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Trout boneless
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the trout fillets in a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine milk, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the trout fillets.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fish is cooked through.

Serve hot with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad.
