cream of mushroom soup

shredded cheddar cheese

onion, chopped

garlic, minced

salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
