Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and water to the skillet. Stir and bring to a simmer.
In a baking dish, combine uncooked rice and the beef mixture. Mix well.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
