Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, spinach, cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
