Ingredients:

  • 12 oz spaghetti uncooked
  • 1 lb Italian sausage casings removed
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, sausage, marinara sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
