Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the cooked spaghetti with the cream cheese mixture until well coated.
  • In a baking dish, spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom.
  • Add the spaghetti mixture on top of the marinara sauce.
  • Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the spaghetti and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
