Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in white wine and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, shrimp mixture, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer to a baking dish. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
