Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz Pasta, cooked
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup White wine
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in white wine and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, shrimp mixture, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer to a baking dish. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
