Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 6 slices Bread cubed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cubed bread, cooked sausage, and half of the shredded cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
