Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add the cubed bread, cooked sausage, and half of the shredded cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
