Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 pieces English Muffins split and toasted
  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 8 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Place the toasted English muffin pieces in the bottom of the dish.
  • Spread the cooked sausage over the muffins.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the sausage and muffins.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
