Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage crumbled and cooked
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 4 cups Hash Browns frozen, thawed
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, beaten eggs, hash browns, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
