Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, beaten eggs, hash browns, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
