Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Cut biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the biscuits.
Sprinkle cooked sausage and shredded cheese over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the biscuits are golden brown.
