Salsa

cheddar or Mexican blend

Cornbread mix
prepared according to package instructions
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, and salsa. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the mixture.
Prepare the cornbread mix according to the package instructions. Spread the cornbread batter evenly over the top of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
