Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Rotini Pasta
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 jar Marinara Sauce (24 oz)
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to the pot with the ground beef. Stir to combine.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, half of the meat sauce, and half of the ricotta cheese. Repeat the layers.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
