Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to the pot with the ground beef. Stir to combine.
In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, half of the meat sauce, and half of the ricotta cheese. Repeat the layers.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
