Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 300 g Quorn pieces
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
  • 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • 4. Stir in the Quorn pieces, sliced carrots, and peas. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • 5. Pour in the vegetable broth, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and cover with a lid or aluminum foil.
  • 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
