Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in the Quorn pieces, sliced carrots, and peas. Cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Pour in the vegetable broth, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and cover with a lid or aluminum foil.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
