Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Boil the potatoes and macaroni until tender. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cheese until melted and smooth.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, macaroni, and cheese sauce. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
