Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup apple juice

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brown pork chops in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place pork chops in a baking dish. Layer apple slices on top.
  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over apples.
  • Pour apple juice over the mixture.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
