Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork loin cut into cubes
  • 4 medium Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine pork, potatoes, cheese, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a twist, add some chopped onions or bell peppers.
