Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pasta any type
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the pot and mix until everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
