Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add the cooked pasta to the pot and mix until everything is well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
