Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chopped nuts optional
  • 1/2 cup Dried fruit optional

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl and mix well.
  • Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruit if using.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This oatmeal casserole can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
