Ingredients:

  • 500 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor.
