black beans, drained and rinsed

corn, drained
1
can
diced tomatoes with green chilies

packet
taco seasoning

shredded cheese

tortilla chips, crushed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, then half of the beef mixture, and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice!
